Little did I know that it would lead to a thriving business and a whole new chapter in my life. Let me take you through my journey from a simple hobby to a full-on fashion business!
Life can take unexpected turns and lead us down paths we never thought possible. For me, that path was CreationsByCaitlyn & More, a business that began as a simple graduation gift but turned into a passion-driven endeavor. Have you ever experienced something similar? Initially, I posted pictures of my fashion creations on social media for fun. To my surprise, people started showing interest in purchasing my designs! The positive feedback and demand were overwhelming, and I knew I had something special on my hands. With the support of my loved ones, I decided to turn my hobby into a full-fledged business. It wasn't an easy decision, but I had the passion and drive to make it happen.
Like any entrepreneur, I encountered many challenges along the way. From sourcing the right materials to perfecting my designs, I faced obstacles that tested my determination. But each setback only fueled my desire to succeed. I learned from my mistakes, adapted my strategies, and grew both personally and professionally.
In 2020, I achieved a significant milestone in my journey by obtaining my official business license. This marked the transition from a passionate hobbyist to a legitimate fashion entrepreneur. It was a proud moment that validated all the hard work and dedication I had put into my business. It was also a scary moment as I embarked on a new journey.
Being a stay-at-home wife and mother while running a business from scratch can be quite challenging. However, it has taught me valuable lessons about time management, prioritization, and finding a balance between my personal and professional life. Even though it still poses challenges, my passion for fashion and helping people motivates me, and it's fulfilling to see the smiles on my customers' faces.Let's continue on this journey together and build a lasting relationship.
