** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please carefully review your font and color selections, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your selection.**

- Proof of purchase along with order number
- Returns will be processed within 14 days.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by us, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you via email.
- You will need to print the label and package your return.
- The following items do not qualify for returns: discounted items, items marked as final sale, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods and body jewelry.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
